B&B HOTEL Boulogne-sur-Mer Centre Les Ports

Fantastic service from front desk on arrival. There is a 1.9m height restriction in the underground car park and we had kayaks on the roof of our car. The receptionist came up with a solution, we took our kayaks off and put them in a secure storage room in the hotel and then our car could make it into the car park. I’m sure they have done this before for people with bikes! Very comfortable bed and despite our room being opposite the lift it was very quiet and we slept well. Good range of breakfast items on buffet with good machine coffee and bacon and eggs available too. We would definitely stay here again, it was very convenient for the Calais ferry and the service was stand-out.

Staff were excellent and very accommodating. They went the extra mile on a couple of occasions. The parking facilities are really handy, though a little bit more information about how to access them on arrival would have been welcome.

We had small room looking out from the back of the hotel at an rooftop carpark - not particularly exciting. The breakfast was good and the staff generally very helpful.

The location is near to Lille Ville from where you can walk within 10min, it’s recommendable to use a taxi if you have a heavy luggage. The staff working there are friendly and knowledgeable.
